You are probably saying, “Janet, I don’t have time in my busy schedule to stop and think about communicating the company vision to my agents. Why is it so important?” The answer to this is simple. People often choose to travel to an unknown destination without a clear plan and a road map to guide them, but they still get there. They will, however, get to their destination significantly quicker and with less stress if they spent just a small amount of time carefully plotting the route prior to putting the key into the ignition or their foot on the gas.
