Good luck, buddy, you’re on your own.
Sure, it’s an old joke in real estate but the scary thing this little poem is not too far off in describing the training and education strategies of many offices and companies.
And even if your training and education isn’t this bad, the question you need to ask yourself is: How good is our training and how effective are the educational opportunities we provide for our agents?
