In my consulting and discussions with real estate managers, I often hear this phrase: “Well, we need to improve our marketing and do a better job with recruiting. What do you suggest?”
What strikes me about these conversations is how marketing and recruiting are separated in thought process. Sure, I understand, it’s natural to categorize like this. But my fear is this categorization helps lead us down the wrong path when we’re trying to improve our recruiting efforts and recruit the highest quality new agents.
