Transfer and Cancellation Agreement: ATTENTION: Admission
price is non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee
or transfer to another seminar. Thirty (30) days advance notice is required for
substitution or transfer and is valid for one year from the original seminar
date. Only one substitution or transfer is allowed. Failure to attend the seminar
without prior written notice will invalidate the ticket. We will then convert
your payment to a non-refundable credit that may be applied to any of Hobbs/Herder
products or future seminars for up to one full year from the original seminar
date. If for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, death,
sickness, inclement weather, flight cancellations, or acts of God, Hobbs/Herder
is unable to conduct this seminar, we will transfer your ticket to a make-up
seminar to be held in the general vicinity of the original seminar within 90
days of that date.
