Times
Please be sure to clear your schedule for your entire seminar.
Do not make plans to leave early as each day is packed with great information!
Day 1
• Registration 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Seminar starts: 1:00 PM
• Seminar ends: 7:00 PM
Day 2
• Seminar starts 8:00 AM
• No host Lunch 12:15 – 1:30 (approximate time)
• Seminar ends: 6:00 PM
Day 3
• Seminar starts 8:00 AM
• No host Lunch 12:15 – 1:30 (approximate time)
• Seminar ends: 6:00 PM
Breaks
There will be period breaks throughout each day of the seminar. Specific
times will be announced each day.
Name Badge
Name badges will be given to you at the registration desk when you check
in.
Food & Beverage
Please come already having had your lunch on the first day so you are
ready to go at 1:00 PM. You are encouraged to bring snacks & beverages each
day to keep you energized throughout the seminar. You will be on your own for
lunch on both days.
Attire
Dress is casual. We strongly recommend bringing a sweater, jacket or
something to layer with so that you can stay comfortable in a meeting room setting
with fluctuating temperatures throughout the day.
Transfer & Cancellation Agreement
ATTENTION: Admission price is non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee
or transfer to another seminar. Thirty (30) days advance notice is required for
substitution or transfer and is valid for one year from the original seminar
date. Only one substitution or transfer is allowed. Failure to attend the seminar
without prior written notice will invalidate the ticket. We will
then convert your payment to a non-refundable credit that may be applied to any
of Hobbs/Herder products or future seminars for up to one full year from the
original seminar date. If for reasons beyond our control, including, but not
limited to, death, sickness, inclement weather, flight cancellations, or acts
of God, Hobbs/Herder is unable to conduct this seminar, we will transfer your
ticket to a make-up seminar to be held in the general vicinity of the original
seminar within 90 days of that date.
